How to Rent

Rental Process:

  1. Choose your reservation date from our calendar and click “add to cart.” Each item will need to be added separately if renting more than one piece from each design.
  2. Checkout. Once all items are added, proceed to checkout. We offer 2 payment options: Full payment due at time of purchase or SHOPPAY, which splits the total into 4 equal payments.
  3. After checkout, fill out the Google Form found in the confirmation email. Once you checkout, your items will be reserved for your chosen date. The reservation is not finalized, however, until the Google Form is completed and submitted with the necessary information. If any requested information is missing, reservations cannot be confirmed. The link can be found in the confirmation email.
  4. All orders include (1) delivery, setup, and pickup, with a pickup time no later than 9:00 PM, and delivery within 15 miles of our warehouse. Pickups past 9:00 PM will incur a separate fee.  Orders requiring a second delivery location will incur an additional fee. The delivery cost for orders outside of 15 miles will be determined based off location and if a second location is requested. Please email us and we can provide a quote accordingly.  Any pickups scheduled past 9:00 PM are subject to a late night pickup fee, which can be found on our terms and conditions page. 

At the end of your wedding, we will come by and pick up the rentals for your convenience.
