Q. How can flowers be rented ahead of time?
A. The cost of fresh flowers has skyrocketed over the past few years. Between the ongoing floral shortage, supply chain issues, and inflation, access to fresh flowers is more expensive than ever. We want to give couples the opportunity to have gorgeous, picturesque backdrops for their weddings without breaking the bank. Our designs use high-quality artificial flowers that look and feel like the real thing. This allows for beautiful, elaborate floral arrangements to be available for the decor of your dreams at a fraction of the cost of fresh flowers.

Q. Which products are available for each design?
A. There is an arch, aisle flowers, and decorative urns available in each elegant design.

Q. Do I have to rent all three pieces?
A. No, all pieces are rented individually, but are part of a matching set. 

Q. Are you LGBTQ+ friendly?
A. Absolutely! Peridot Florals is proud to rent to all couples celebrating their wedding day

Q. How do payments work?
A. We offer 2 payment options: Orders may be paid in full at time of purchase or SHOP PAY which splits it into 4 payments. 
Rates from 0%-36% APR. Payment options through Shop Pay Installments, are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders. Options depend on your purchase amount, and a down payment may be required. State notices to consumers https://www.affirm.com/licenses.

Q. Where are you located?
A. Our warehouse is located in Hamden, CT. We do not have a physical storefront.

Q. What distance is included in the rental total?
A. We will deliver for free within 15 miles of our warehouse in Hamden, CT, with a pickup time of no later than 9:00 PM. Pickup times after 9:00 PM can be scheduled for an additional fee. If you cannot determine if your event address qualifies for free delivery, give us your address and we will be happy to let you know. 

Q. What are the pickup fees for pickups scheduled after 9:00 PM?
A. 9:30 PM charge of $50
10:00 PM charge of $100
10:30 PM charge of $150
11:00 PM charge of $200
11:30 PM charge of $250
12:00 AM charge of $300
However, we will work with your venue for next day pickups to avoid these fees when possible. This is dependent on venue rules, timelines for next day rentals, and scheduling availability.

Q. How much does delivery cost if it is not within 15 miles of your warehouse in Hamden?
A. If your location exceeds 15 miles, rentals are subject to a $1/mile charge. Deliveries must not exceed 75 miles. Out of state orders will not be accepted.

Q. What does it mean when it says price is for 1 setup/location only?
A. The total price includes a single delivery and setup. If the rentals are used for both the ceremony and reception in a different space, for example, a second setup is required and an additional fee will apply.  

Q. Can I see the products in person first?
A. We do not allow in-person viewings at this time. We strive to provide you with clear and precise photos and videos so you know exactly what the product looks like before you rent. Please see additional photos and videos on our Instagram account @peridotfloralrentals.  

Q. Can I request a different floral arrangement be made and rented for my Altar/Arch/Backdrop?
A. At this time, we are not offering custom floral arrangements, but we are already working on adding new designs in the coming months. If there is something specific you would love to see, please email us and we can provide more insight into our new designs and timelines.

Q. I am having problems checking out, is the checkout button not working?
A. First, please switch to a different browser if you are using Internet Explorer, such as Safari or Google Chrome. Internet Explorer is not supported by Shopify. If this doesn't solve your problems please send us an email and we will quickly get back to you!
